DRT Camp Counselor - Paid Position
The Counselors are responsible for the wellbeing, instruction, and enjoyment of the campers during the DRT sessions. Each counselor will be assigned to a specific show for the session, and be given a color team to represent in camp competitions during the Summer. The counselors' responsibilities are as follows:
DRT Teen - Volunteer Position
This position is back by popular demand! Students who are too old to be campers but too young to be counselors have an opportunity to work at DRT and build up a lot of community service hours. Their job at camp is to work with the counselors and staff in order to ensure a great DRT experience for all campers. They will participate in all camp activities and help to produce the camper shows. They will also be welcome to participate in the counselor variety show and cabaret.

- Provide enthusiastic and positive leadership and reinforcement to all the campers
- Collaborate with co-counselors to direct, music direct, and choreograph 2 camper musicals
- Work with the Program Director and Executive Director of the camp to ensure a seamless day-to-day camp program
- Participate in spirit days, camp activities (outdoor games, 11:00 show, improv, workshops), and perform in the counselor variety show and cabaret.
- Work with fellow counselors and directors after camp to create sets, props, and costumes for the camper shows.
